Los Angeles Unified School District's South Region High School #9 Construction, South Gate, CA, for Turner Construction

In 2010, TRG conducted a kick-off Alignment Partnering Session and Introductory Last Planner System training during the construction of a new high school on a 36 acre site of contaminated soil where 30 foot deep excavations had to be made to remove all contamination and new replacement soil brought in prior to the start of construction.
